About me

Hello!  I'm glad that you're here. I feel so fortunate to be able to do this powerful work. There is little else as special as getting to know someone and being with them at pivotal points in their life.

I have been a social worker since 2005.  In my career I have worked with individuals, couples and families in mental health settings, hospitals, clinics and their homes.

I enthusiastically believe that we all have a story that deserves to be shared.  Everything we have been through, no matter how large or small, matters and impacts our life.

When not working, I enjoy music, reading, being outside and creating all manner of food in my kitchen.  My greatest joy is spending time with my spouse, our child and our cat (but no worries, dog-lovers: I love cats and dogs equally!)
